As Clerk of Court, Jean Marie Christy serves as the Probate Judge, Record Keeper, Administrator, and Comptroller.
– Manages all court records and money that comes through the court system
– Oversees the administration of family estates
– Presides over critical proceedings, including incompetency and guardianship, foreclosures, property partitions, legitimations, name changes, and adoptions
– Manages 65 deputy and assistant clerks

Jean Marie Christy’s legal experience prior to serving as our Clerk of Court includes serving low-income children and adults facing juvenile and misdemeanor cases; trying jury trials; and representing clients at bench trials.
